Law on Execution of Sanctions

This law regulates the execution of sanctions imposed for criminal acts and misdemeanors (hereinafter: criminal acts). The sanctions imposed for criminal acts whose enforcement is regulated by this law are the penalties, alternative measures, security measures and educational measures. The sanctions imposed for misdemeanors whose enforcement is regulated by this law are the penalties for security measures and educational measures.

House Rules for Detained Persons

This Rulebook prescribes the house rules for the execution of the detention measure in prisons departments of prisons. The persons with the pronounced measure of detention (hereinafter: detained persons) are kept in separate rooms of the prison (hereinafter: detention units).

Guidelines for convicted persons

Persons serving prison sentences in KPU ZAZOR SKOPJE are entitled to two visits in the month SUNDAY or WEEK, from the members of his immediate family, and, after the approval of the director of the institution, can be visited by other persons previously mentioned by the convict in a cardboard box that is filled in upon receipt at the institution, with prior appointment to a detainee member of the prison police every working day from 8.30 to Friday until 12.00, where the visits are realized for persons classified in the open and half-story grade but without the presence of an official and for inmates classified indoor unit with the presence of an official.

Guidelines for detained persons

Persons who are serving the measure of detention in the KPU STORAGE SKOPJE can receive packages from his immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister, husband or wife and adult children), a person who has received permission from a competent court to bring a package as well as his counsel , WITH THE WEIGHT OF THE SUMMARY TO MAXIMUM 5 KG, with foodstuffs, clothes, footwear, bed linen or necessary personal hygiene equipment, for items that have been personally brought to the register of the institution EVERY WORKING DAY (FROM MONDAY TO FIVE) PERIOD FROM 9: 00 until 15:00, while the packages send by mail are received every day.
